‘Bhagwan Das: In Pursuit of Ambedkar’, produced by Navayana, scripted and directed by S. Anand, photographed by Anshul Uniyal and edited by Shikha Sen has been selected for screening in the competitive section of Film South Asia 2009, the seventh edition of the biennial festival of Southasian documentaries in Kathmandu (17 to 20 September). According to the organisers, there were 320 entries, of which only 36 were selected for screening. And the Navayana film on Bhagwan Das is one among them.
